NeoWave Call Explorer
NeoWave Call Explorer is a call analysis tool developed for use with our 2N FCTs.
It provides a simple yet comprehensive solution for monitoring the usage and performance and provides key information to its users at a glance.
By analysing the Call Data Records (CDRs) produced by our 2N FCTs the Call Explorer provides easy to understand usage statistics for all system ports and modules (SIMS) which means that users will be able to see quickly and easily how their FCT is performing throughout any given month.
Automatic alerts are configured to trigger emails to selected recipients when the FCT has used all of its allocated minutes, when slippage is occurring on to the landlines and also when a SIM is dormant therefore indicating an issue of some kind. These email alerts when paired with the easy to read Graphical interface provide an excellent management tool.
Our Resellers will benefit from installing the NeoWave Call Explorer in many ways. Sales opportunities will be highlighted by the Call Explorer when a customer does not have enough minutes available or enough ports (concurrent calls) available.
