Integrated Call Charge Management in Aastra 800 and OpenCom 100
The OpenCount 100 call data recording and evaluation system is already integrated into the OpenCom 100 and can be activated easily. This powerful application can be managed via a Web browser installed on any computer in the company network.
OpenCount 100 enables the central recording of call data as well as the charges incurred and provides a clear, detailed evaluation. Data can be transferred to other programs for further editing using its integrated export function. A 60-day trial license is available.
